A selection of silver gelatin prints - photographs taken around the world (1995-2018) encompassing sarcasm, intimacy, beauty and eroticism - Always diverging from the reality of sexual taboos

For this exhibition we had published KURAMA’s second book “KAME SAN – カメさん- Turtle - Soft cover, B & W, 86 photos, 1st edition 250 copies, printed in Japan

Little is known about Kurama - During the last 25 years, KURAMA has exhibited in different countries (USA, Argentina, Taiwan, France, Japan). His work is not limited to silver gelatin photography; he works with serigraphy and lithography as alternative printing methods.

“As a process, it was almost naturally simple, accustoming myself to the idea of regarding thru a viewfinder every instant, even the non intimate as an erotic photograph”
